Scope

The terms apply to contracts for the rental provision of hotel rooms for accommodation and all related hotel services and supplies.

Contract, services and payment

The original terms regulate contract formation, room provision, prices, payment, advance payments, security and set-off.

Cancellation and withdrawal

The original terms contain provisions on cancellation, non-use, withdrawal by the hotel and agreed compensation.

Arrival and departure

Under the original version, rooms are available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am on departure day.

Liability and final provisions

Additional sections regulate hotel liability, property brought into the hotel, parking, wake-up calls, messages, jurisdiction and German law.
