044. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered through Firebase App Hosting, a Google Cloud service. Technically necessary connection and log data may include IP address, request time and target, referrer, browser and device information, HTTP status, and security or error data. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure and reliable delivery. For business customers in Germany, the contracting entity is generally Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland; the actual customer contract and data-processing terms must be checked before final legal approval.
055. Consent storage
The technically necessary browser-storage key “strandperle-consent-v1” stores your selected categories, the consent version and the decision time. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings or reset it by clearing browser storage.
066. Google Maps
Google Maps is loaded only after consent to External media. No connection to Google is made before consent. Once enabled, IP address, device, browser and interaction information may be transmitted to Google Ireland Limited. You can withdraw consent at any time. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
077. Booking via onepagebooking
Availability and booking requests lead to the external OnePageBooking flow provided by HotelNetSolutions GmbH, Genthiner Strasse 8, 10785 Berlin, Germany. A connection is established only when you open or submit that booking flow. Selected dates, guest details and technically necessary connection data may then be transmitted. The provider’s privacy information is available at https://hotelnetsolutions.de/datenschutz/. Contractual roles, retention and enabled add-on services must be checked against the hotel’s existing contract before final approval.
088. Contact and newsletter
Telephone and email enquiries are processed to answer your request. This website currently contains no active contact form, registration or newsletter delivery. Such features will be documented before activation.
099. Analytics, marketing and local media
Google Analytics, marketing pixels and comparable tracking services are not currently integrated. The hero video, logo, images and webfonts are served locally and do not contact their original source websites.
01010. Your rights and complaints
You may withdraw consent with future effect and, subject to statutory requirements, request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact info@strandperle-hotels.de or the data protection officer above. You may complain to the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstrasse 5, 30159 Hanover, Germany, poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de.
01111. Security and current version
The website is transmitted over HTTPS and uses technical security policies to restrict content sources, third-party framing and unnecessary browser permissions. Access to hosting and future backends must follow least-privilege principles. This working version is dated 30 August 2026 and must be updated before analytics, marketing, newsletters, forms, an internal booking system or payment services are activated.
